I just can't imagine. How can you have kids and two mortgages? I think it would be easier if&amp;nbsp; you had no kids. We are in the process of selling our house. We aren't planning on buying a new house until we sell this one but the market is so terrible. Are they any tips and successful sellers have?&lt;br&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
