I know so many people that have two mortgages. I just can't imagine. How can you have kids and two mortgages? I think it would be easier if  you had no kids. We are in the process of selling our house. We aren't planning on buying a new house until we sell this one but the market is so terrible. Are they any tips and successful sellers have?

I always here it is the investors that have ruined it for the rest of us. But, I really feel like the situation we are in in the housing market is the same situation people have with financial debt. INSTANT GRATIFICATION. We all want it and we don't care how we get. If we want the new house we buy it. Forget about already having a house. We'll refinance for 0 percent or be creative and who cares how much we will have to pay 2 years from now. RIght now we don't have to pay and we have everything we want. We all need to change the way we think.
